TERMS & PAYMENT:
• Rates: Prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB).
• Deposit: A 50% deposit of the selected package price is required upon confirmation.
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• Payment must be made no later than 3 days before the event.
Table Reservation:
• A table at Love Rawai Café will be reserved based on the deposit made.
• Tables may be combined depending on the number of guests.
• Alcohol: Only bottles with duty stamps are allowed to be brought in.
External Services:
• A THB 2,000 facility fee applies for animators or shows booked through external providers.
• Additional Orders: Food and beverages from the menu are charged separately and must be settled on the event day.
• Wi-Fi: Complimentary internet access is available throughout the venue.
• Park Rules: All guests are required to adhere to the park’s rules during the event.
• Please make sure your children are wearing socks before entering the kids club, and that they are wearing special non-slip socks before entering the trampoline area.
ATTRITION & CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Changes to Dates: Any modifications to the agreed dates are considered cancellations and are subject to the terms of our deposit policy.
• Cancellation: All cancellations result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

If the number of guests is greater than the allowance indicated in the package you purchased, additional tickets have to be purchased for exceeded number of guests:

Trampoline area:
There's no access to the Trampoline area with the purchase of a birthday package. However, there's a special price of: 550 THB/ all day for the birthday package with access to the Trаmpoline area.
Minimum age: 4 years old.
